Trinity Christian Academy Registration

Please Note: This is for registration in the CRS (satellite program). It is not for registration in the TCA Training Center (Co-op). Registration for the satellite program (umbrella school) is closed after Sept. 30 of each year.

At Pre-registration, parents of NEW STUDENTS must:

Read and affirm Statement of Faith and Policies and Procedures

Complete Registration Form

Provide name, complete address, and phone number of school from which we should request student records.

Pick up Curriculum Form for each student

Pay $25.00 per family pre-registration fee (non-refundable)

At final registration, parents of NEW STUDENTS must provide:

A current immunization form (the official green card) from the doctor or the Health Department

An official school entry medical form from the Health Department or doctor indicating that the kindergarten student has had a complete physical.

A copy of the student's birth certificate

Student's social security number

Records from any previous school

Complete TCA/HSO Curriculum form for each student

Remaining registration/testing fees (If pre-registration was not completed, all fees must be paid in full at the time of final registration.)

K-12 Registration Fee: $50.00 per student (not to exceed $100 per family)

1-9 Testing Fee: $40.00 per student

Kindergarten will not be tested

There will be no TCA/HSO registration fees beyond the second student in each family. (Testing fees will be required.)

Fees are due at registration and are non-refundable.

Students in grades 1-12 will be administered the Stanford Achievement Test at Trinity Chapel during the week of March 22. Parents of first graders may be present in the classroom during testing.
