Registration for the 2011-12 academic year is July 25, 2011 through September 30, 2011. Note: This information is for registration in the TCA Umbrella Program, not the Training Center (Co-op). How to Register The first two days of the registration period are open to all new and returning families. Afterwards, registration is by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please click here to use our contact form or contact Liz Pierce at 865-556-5116, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. What to Bring to Registration A current immunization form (the official green card) from the doctor or the Health Department An official school entry medical form from the Health Department or doctor indicating that the kindergarten student has had a complete physical. A copy of the student's birth certificate Student's social security card Contact information (address & phone) from the last school attended A list of curriculum for each student Registration and Testing Fees All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Students in grades 2-12 will be administered the Stanford Achievement Test at Trinity Chapel March 19-21, 2012. K-10 Registration Fee: $50.00 per student (not to exceed $150 per family) 11-12 Registration Fee: $75.00 per student Grades 2-12 Testing Fee: $45.00 per student (Kindergarten and 1st grade will not be tested) Optional Testing Opportunities If you are interested in any of the optional tests below, payment may be made at registration. The tests will be administered on September 8, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. ACT Explore - For 8th and 9th grade students, Fee: $20 ACT Plan - For 10th grade students, Fee: $20 ASVAB - Career Placement Test, 10th-12th graders, Fee: Free
