Forms

• Revised Application 2008 - 2009
  This is the revised application for TCA; please review it and complete it before you come to register. It may be helpful to fill in classes in pencil and have a back up class plan, in case a class is full (as tends to happen).
• Revised Application Addendum 2008 - 2009
  Addendum sheets are for families more than five children. Please complete this additional page before you register. Thanks!
• TCA Handbook 2008-2009
  This is the new Trinity Christian Academy Handbook, updated for 2008. All families are required to familiarize themselves with the Handbook guidelines, policies and procedures. Page 17 of the Handbook is the Acknowledgement and Participation Agreement, which must be signed and returned to the office, prior to starting class. Any questions you may have should be directed to the Office Staff, Leadership or Principal. Have a great year!
• Student Driver Form (REQUIRED)
  This is the student driver form that is required for all students planning to drive to TCA next year (2008-2009).
• Worker Application
  This is your Worker application; please complete it and turn in to Cheryl Massey, assistant to Robin Lieser.
